Manufacturer’s Guarantee
All Nordixx Brand Nordic Walking poles are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects for two years from date of purchase. A warranty registration card is included with all poles. Please complete it and return it to us by mail, or by emailing info@NordicWalkingNovaScotia.ca with the requested information. To make a claim under the guarantee, contact us for instructions.
We reserve the right to repair or replace as deemed necessary
Return Policy:
For returns that are not covered by the guarantee:
We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, however
- Return shipping is at your expense
- Purchase price plus tax will be refunded, less our original shipping costs to you, once we receive the poles.
- Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.
